Yes. The module is integrated into Ogilio and can be explored in the test environment. Real bookings require activation and a suitable agency configuration.

Does every fare include baggage?

No. Allowances and options depend on the offer. Check the displayed information and carrier conditions before confirming the customer’s choice.

Does a booking request mean a ticket is issued?

The returned booking status is the reference. A pending request must not be treated as an issued ticket: check the confirmation and available travel documents.

Can I add accommodation to the customer’s trip?

Ogilio Stays lets you offer hotels within the same agency environment. Use the Ogilio modules to support different stages of the journey.
