• You must have legal capacity to enter binding agreements.

4. Pricing and Availability

Prices, inventory, taxes, and fees may change without prior notice. Bookings are confirmed only after successful processing and confirmation issuance.

5. Booking Conditions

• Each booking may include supplier-specific policies (cancellation, refund, modification, no-show).
• You must review booking conditions before payment.
• You are responsible for passenger details and travel document compliance.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through secure gateways. Ogilio may suspend or reject transactions flagged for risk, compliance, or fraud checks.

7. Prohibited Use

• Abusive, fraudulent, automated scraping, or unlawful activity is prohibited.
• Security testing or attempts to bypass controls without authorization are prohibited.
• Use of the platform in violation of applicable law is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

Platform design, software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Ogilio or its licensors.

Ogilio may include third-party data and links. We are not responsible for third-party websites, terms, or external service performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ogilio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use or booking outcomes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ogilio from claims arising from your misuse, policy violations, or unlawful conduct.

Ogilio may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for security, legal, abuse, or operational reasons.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Money-back guarantee

For an eligible first Ogilio subscription charged immediately, the customer may request a refund of the first subscription payment within 14 calendar days of the charge from the “My subscription” page. The guarantee is limited to one claim per company, domain, and payment method. It covers the first subscription fee, but not AI credit purchases, supplier or third-party service fees, or third-party operations already consumed. Ogilio may verify eligibility and reject fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive claims. A request stops automatic renewal. Any mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
